Tracey Gazley is a member of the Mohawks of the Bay Quinte.  Growing up in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory (TMT) in a busy, complex and often child-filled household, attributed to her choice in career path. Tracey continues to make her home in TMT with her Husband of over 30 years, their 12-year-old son and a cat named Buddy. Tracey also has two adult children (and a grand dog named Snake).

Tracey "retired" from her work with Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte in 2021, where she worked directly with children, youth, families and local service providers for over 30 years. She has had opportunity to work with First Nation, Metis and Inuit folks across Canada in the last couple of years.

Tracey is currently growing her business, Great Blue Heron Consulting & Facilitation, to work with Indigenous serving social agencies, educational groups and others with the desire to enhance their service delivery.
